Both services and sales always try and guilt you into upgrading the warranty. Upselling everything to the point where they make the customer think that if you don't do it your call will fall apart. Ridiculous.

Further, invoices for a new vehicles change from day to day by $1000. How is that possible? It happened to me and to a friend buying the same car. When the salesman wouldn't change it back - I walked out. Will NEVER deal with them again.
